From Craft Shows to 
Commercial Displays

Brenda founded Just Dough It! more than 30 years ago while raising three young children and wanting the flexibility to stay at home with them. Seeking a creative outlet, she began making an assortment of faux foods and sold them at a garage sale—an idea that quickly grew into what the business is today. She and her husband have been married for 40 years and love traveling the world together. They are also proud grandparents to seven grandchildren.

Lindsay has been a dedicated part of Just Dough It! for six years and plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running seamlessly. She loves family time with her husband and two adorable girls who definitely keep her on her toes.  Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and competing in CrossFit events.

Katie joined our production team nearly two years ago and has recently stepped into the role of Production Manager. In this position, she puts her exceptional organizational skills to work, helping the team fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Outside of work, Katie is a true homebody who enjoys relaxing with a cozy blanket, whether she’s reading a good book, watching a movie, or catching an exciting hockey game. 

Gina has been with Just Dough It! for 14 years and has grown into our go-to expert for custom products. She thrives on the constant opportunity to learn, create, and take on new challenges.  Outside of work, she loves spending time with her grandbaby, playing with her dogs, and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants.

Stacy has been our shipping manager since 2022 and takes pride in ensuring every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely to our customers. She enjoys coming in early before production begins, using the quiet time to focus on orders. Fun fact: Stacy has alliumphobia—an irrational fear of onions—so don’t expect to see onions added to our fake food lineup anytime soon.

Jamie joined Just Dough It! three years ago and wears many hats on the team. Whether she’s helping create products, handling shipping, or serving as our go-to photographer, she plays an integral role in our operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons—and also runs her own photography business.

Sharla joined Just Dough It! two and a half years ago and enjoys that no two days are the same, especially the chance to create non-edible “food” from construction products—something she calls her dream job. Outside of work, she spends her time with family and friends, crafting, painting, or simply cloud gazing.

Jennifer has been with Just Dough It! for less than a year but has quickly mastered the role, earning the title of our “cookie frosting queen.” She says the best part of the job is the people she works with—always helpful, supportive, and fun. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, and making “real food.”

Gamble is the newest addition to the Just Dough It! family. A lifelong crafter, she describes the work as “next-level crafting.” She values the flexibility to set her own schedule, which allows more time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. In her free time, you’ll likely find her reading or enjoying a good murder mystery.
